Our Talkback Tuesdays Programme is an integral part of our EDI work, and will help to fulfil our inclusion and diversity ambitions to build an inclusive university. Consisting of a series of facilitated focus groups, this programme provides a safe space for colleagues to express their opinions on what will make a difference to them, and their experience, at the University.To hear (and listen to) what colleagues have to say, is the first step to making change
We will be faciitating focus groups to explore the experiences of staff who have returned from maternity leave within the last five years, and the impact it has had on research commitments and career aspirations. The focus group will last for an hour, and coffee and cake will be provided!
