The University of Lincoln signed the Athena Swan Charter in 2008, and the Race Equality Charter in 2016. We first received the Bronze Athena Swan Award in 2014, and successfully renewed it in 2018. Our REC Bronze Award was confirmed in 2021
All Schools within the College have equality, diversity and inclusion committees and are fully engaged with Athena SWAN
The College of Arts has been engaged with Athena SWAN since 2016, when the charter was extended to include the arts and humanities disciplines
The Lincoln International Business School engages in a variety of diversity and inclusion work, and has recently begun its Athena SWAN journey
