Maternity Leave Focus Group

Impact of Maternity Leave on Career Progression


The Eleanor Glanville Centre is organising focus groups to explore the experience of staff who have returned from maternity leave within the last five years, and the impact it has had on research commitments and career aspirations. The session will last for an hour, and coffee and cake will be provided!

The groups are part of the Centre’s work on gender equality in the university, including the institution’s application for the Athena Swan award. The Centre is a new interdisciplinary equality centre at the university.
