Our Talkback Tuesdays Programme is an integral part of our EDI work, and will help to fulfil our inclusion and diversity ambitions to build an inclusive university. Consisting of a series of facilitated focus groups, this programme provides a safe space for colleagues to express their opinions on what will make a difference to them, and their experience, at the University.To hear (and listen to) what colleagues have to say, is the first step to making change
This next focus group will explore men’s experiences of promotion within the University - understanding barriers relating to, but not limited to, gender, race, ethnicity and workload allocation.
