Barriers To Promotion Focus Group
The Eleanor Glanville Centre is organising focus groups to explore people’s experiences of promotion within the university. The focus is understanding barriers relating to, but not limited to, gender. They are inviting academics of all genders in Senior and Principal Lecturer posts to participate in one hour-long focus group.
The groups are part of the Centre’s work on gender equality in the university, including the institution’s application for the Athena Swan award. The Centre is a new interdisciplinary equality centre at the university.
