A number of support networks have been developed within the Centre to address a wide range of needs across the institution. The networks encourage open discussion around the issues affecting women and men within Higher Education – difficulties in balancing work and caring responsibilities, the gendered-nature of leadership, the impact of unconscious bias, and combating such barriers.
