Prof Graham Law
Director (College of Social Sciences)
Graham is Professor in Medical Statistics in the College of Social Science. He has published extensively in the causes of disease and poor health, and at the moment focusses on the consequences of good and poor sleep on metabolic and cardiovascular health. Lucie, Professor in Contemporary English Literature, is a specialist in the fields of contemporary women’s writing, the literary fantastic and the Gothic. Prof Mini C. Saaj

Prof Chakravarthini Mini Saaj is the Global Chair in Robotic Engineering at the University of Lincoln, UK. Mini joined the University of Lincoln in September 2019 and leads the Industrial Digitalisation and System Intelligence (IDSI) research group within the School of Engineering. She is a member of the Lincoln Centre for Autonomous Systems (L-CAS) and the Lincoln Institute for Agri-Food Technology (LIAT). Dr Julie Bayley
Dr Julie Bayley is the Director of Research Impact Development at the University of Lincoln. She is an impact specialist and Chartered Health Psychologist. Julie has been an applied researcher in behaviour change interventions since 2003 and now combines academic research, impact management and training to develop impact literacy across research environment. Julie is champion of the Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA) Impact Special Interest Group, leads ARMA impact training and sits on the ARMA Professional Development Committee. In 2015 she won the inaugural ARMA Impact award in recognition of her national reputation for building impact capacity. Julie is currently commissioned as Emerald Publishing Impact Literacy Advisor to support their ‘Real World Impact’ programme and works particularly with National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) to strengthen impact governance and impact of public and patient involvement. Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Ben joined the University in 2020 as Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, He has over 15 years’ experience as a HR and EDI practitioner within the construction, finance and HE sectors.
Ben’s work has focused on developing tools and strategies to help organisations best support their employees and provide solutions to complex equality, diversity and inclusion challenges. His passion in equalities, combined with practical knowledge of human relations, has been central to the successful delivery of EDI initiatives.
Ben's interests lie in race/ethnic relations and how they are addressed in developing inclusive organisations. Staff profile
Ruchi is a Marketing and Strategy professional with over 2 decades of multi-industry, cross cultural experience in UK and India, with a track record of success and innovation. She has worked with diverse industry sectors – Sports @ Scottish Rugby at Edinburgh; Telecom @ Vodafone in India; IT @ Microsoft, in India - before joining the Higher Education sector with us at the University of Lincoln in September 2016. She currently is the Director for Business Development at the Lincoln International Business School and is keenly involved in our strategy of expanding into India.
Ruchi is a keen speaker at Industry events via her brand @RuchiSpeak - both in the UK and internationally. She speaks on a range of topics, including some under the EDI umbrella that are very close to her heart: Personal Branding and Inspring Women Leaders. She was Microsoft India’s representative to the AnitaB.Org Institute which runs the renowned Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing (GHC).
Ruchi has received many awards for her work over the course of her career. Recently, she received both the ‘Most Influential Marketing Leaders Award’ and ‘Women Leadership Award’ for her work in inspiring women across levels to wire themselves for success. Staff profile
Megan is a PhD candidate and associate lecturer in the College of Arts, University of Lincoln. Megan’s research project is a medical humanities thesis on the subject of narrative representations of intersex individuals. Megan explores intersex narratives in a range of texts including medical texts, patient case histories, fiction, life-writing, televisual series and the media with the aim of establishing how intersex representations and cultural in/visibility has changed in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Megan has a keen interest in public engagement, interdisciplinary research and collaboration to further develop intersex knowledge, visibility and acceptance in academia and beyond.
